Dr. Taylor Masters grew up riding and showing hunter/jumpers along the East Coast. She earned both her BS in biology and her DVM at the University of Florida.
While in vet school, she assisted in liposomal bupivacaine research, served as president of the Diagnostic Imaging Club, and worked as a teaching assistant for the first-year large animal anatomy and second-year anesthesia/surgery courses.
After graduation, Dr. Masters completed a year-long sports medicine and imaging internship in Virginia.
Now an intern at Fairfield, she is grateful for the opportunity to further her knowledge in emergency medicine, general practice, and anesthesia, while continuing to grow in sports medicine and imaging.
Her interests outside of the internship include working with her young horse, gluten-free baking, and traveling back to the warm weather.
